The 2023 RFTL is heading to the EAA Grounds. Mark your calendars and register today!
Don your favorite holiday gear and join family and friends as we descend upon the EAA Grounds on Saturday, December 2, for the 21st annual Race for the Light 5K this year, hosted by and benefiting Oshkosh Area United Way.
Your journey begins at the new EAA Youth Education Center (EAA Aviation Museum) and takes you through Celebration of Lights now located at Camp Scholler. Join this fun holiday tradition to kick off the season of giving.
Registration includes a race T-shirt*, a set of jingly, jingle bells, a dose of holiday spirit, and serious kudos for wearing an ugly holiday sweater or fun costume.

*We can only guarantee a shirt for those registered by November 12. After this date, we cannot guarantee you will receive a race shirt.

Thursday, November 30 – 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, December 1- 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
RACE DAY
EAA YOUTH EDUCATION CENTER • 3000 Poberezny Road
3:30 p.m. – Check-in**
(Since registration is outside, we encourage Early Packet Pickup at the OAUW office.)
4:30 p.m. – Race Starts
Online registration closes Friday, December 1 at 4 p.m.
**We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a weather emergency. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice.
