Saving Lives through Fire Safety

Did you know that the 4% of homes without smoke alarms represent nearly 40% of home fires, and that having working smoke alarms can DOUBLE the chance of someone surviving a fire? Teams of volunteers can provide fire safety services, such as: testing current smoke alarms, installing new alarms, and sharing information on fire safety in neighborhoods at the greatest risk.
