Resource Development Director
The Resource Development Director along with the CEO is the liaison to United Way’s corporate partners; strengthening relationships, organizing donor engagement opportunities, grants and maximizing resources for United Way. As a part of the United Way team, the Director is essential to the development and implementation of United Way’s strategies to engage donors and improve its revenue position.
This outward facing role requires the candidate to be a leader who has the demonstrated ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships. In conjunction with the CEO and other staff, the Director will help develop and execute overall strategies to engage donors. The Director is responsible for creating and executing the short and long-term account plans for each organization to realize substantial revenue growth. Marketing and Community Impact Director
The Marketing and Community Impact Director serves as the communications resource to the CEO, board of directors and campaign team, and any others responsible for informing the citizens on the role of United Way. The Marketing and Community Impact Director will be responsible for guidance for all Marketing and Community Impact strategies, providing lead support for best practices and ensuring strategic alignment of funded projects with organizational vision and objectives. S/he will strengthen the ongoing refinement and implementation of impact-based grant-making strategies and development of marketing strategies to communicate the impact and relevance of the Oshkosh Area United Way in the community.
